Can I submit leads for different types of real estate transactions?

Yes, you can submit leads for various real estate transactions, including wholesale deals, funding needs, or assistance with finding buyers for your properties. You can also submit leads for distressed properties, sellers behind on payments, pre-foreclosure leads and subject to.

Additional items and/or included but not limited to:

  • Investor-Friendly Title Company or identifying the right company for closing

  • Appropriate documentation for each deal

  • Priority funding if your buying the deal yourself

  • We do require our Transaction Coordination fee on every deal

  • All calls to sellers, negotiating, and nurturing your leads

How does the Joint Venture option work?

When you submit a lead, you're not just providing information; you're also opting to joint venture with Jen. This initiates a process where Jen takes over, contacting the seller, nurturing the lead, and handling all future conversations. Your lead goes into our private CRM, where Jen personally makes the initial contacts. You'll receive updates as progress unfolds, including calls, processes, and contracts. After securing a contract, we'll delve into the details, discuss the numbers, and send you a joint venture agreement, ensuring you get paid when the deal closes.

Is my information kept confidential when I submit a lead?

Yes, we prioritize the confidentiality of your information. Details provided are treated with the utmost privacy and used solely for the purpose of assisting with your real estate needs. We do not share any information with other companies, team members, or anyone that you may have unless you specifically advise us to do so; this is a private confidential submission. If you have bulk leads to submit of warm sellers, that you need nurtured, please reach out on the contact form, we require those on a CSV Form and specific format.
