Professional Email & Text Campaigns to buyers
Full Communication with your seller & regular updates
Negotiating the terms of an agreement through completion
Attentively monitoring any contingent matters to ensure timely completion of the project
Requirements for Dispo Submissions
The property must be under contract direct to Seller
2 Bed +/No Tear Downs/900 SF+
Entry Fee should be below 10%
Seller Finance, Subject and Wraps are accepted in addition to standard Cash Traditional/Wholesale deals
Professional Real Estate Photos (A guide will be sent to you)
Exclusive Marketing Rights for a period of time (NEG.)
Must be direct to seller (No daisy chains)
Minimum Spread we want to see in the deal: $5,500 that will be in the deal that we can split or take our % out of. (This does not mean our fee is $5,500)
Agree that Investor Lift may be used to sell your deal

Absolutely! While it's part of the marketing experience, not all buyers come solely from the Investor Lift. I maintain my own buyers list and implement marketing strategies across various areas to ensure your deal gets the attention it deserves.

We will require a minimum of $5500 that has to fit inside the deal or added onto the contract that will be in the deal that we can split or take our % out of. This does not mean our fee is $5500.
Otherwise we usually just split what we put on top of the contract.

For the highest and best offers, we kindly request that all previous advertisements be paused with different pricing. This includes digital ads, emails, flyers, and any other promotional materials that are completely different terms. This confuses buyers. If you bring you own buyer, you have the right to sell it.

We carefully evaluate each proposal to ensure that it aligns with our goals and values. Additionally, we prioritize deals where we can maximize the potential benefits for both parties involved.
